The AWS Cloud & DevOps Specialist role at Tenesys means shaping AWS cloud strategy and development both internally and for our clients. It also means influencing the entire technology roadmap from R&D to serving as a technical expert in client interactions.

Requirements

Key responsibilities in this role:

  • Developing modern AWS architectures – designing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud environments that meet clients’ business needs.
  • Mentoring and team development – sharing knowledge, conducting training sessions, and creating an environment where engineers can develop their AWS and DevOps competencies.
  • Exploring new AWS technologies and implementing innovations – researching trends, testing new features, and recommending solutions that improve system performance and open new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with clients and the Business Development team – assisting at every stage in tailoring the best AWS solutions to their needs.
    Automation and infrastructure development – working with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), automating
Role

You will thrive in this role if:

  • You have solid AWS experience – at least 3 years of hands-on practice in designing and implementing cloud architectures, enabling you to make technical decisions independently.
  • Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD are your daily tools – you know these tools inside and out and use them effectively to automate infrastructure.
  • You hold an AWS Solution Architect – Professional certification or are ready to obtain it within the next six months to validate your expertise.
  • You have a talent for working with clients – you can conduct pre-sales conversations, advise on technology selection, and clearly communicate complex technical concepts.

  • Hybrid work from Poznań – direct contact is important to our team, so we are looking for someone who would like to work from the office at least 2 days per week. However, if you live in another part of Poland and want to join us, we are open to discussion and finding a solution that will be satisfactory for both parties.
